My Macaron Obsession

I can't explain it, but I love to look at macarons. I've only recently had one - at Bouchon Bakery in Time Warner Center - and they were good, but I wouldn't consider them a favorite. They just look so pretty! The filling is of a weird consistency that I just didn't expect inside such a pretty little thing. However, apparently, there's a store called the Macaron Cafe in the garment district, so I'm going to have to check them out. See, look how pretty they are!
